What are the shipping costs?

Unless stated otherwise, shipping within the US is free. There are some exceptions:

- when we offer free gifts, we can’t also offer them as free shipping, so with these items there is a shipping cost (flat rate, plus handling);

- occasionally, for some bulky or special order items shipping will be extra, but where this is the case it will be clearly shown in the product description.

Shipping rates to the rest of the world vary and are calculated at checkout, but for the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, shipping is free for orders over $50 USD. Shipping costs for free gifts will depend on destination.

How long does shipping take?

Within the US, we try to get goods to you within two weeks. Sometimes, especially with a very popular product or at busy times of the year, it might take a little longer. We process more than half of our products within three days and use a variety of methods to get your order to you in a timely and cost-effective way. If you haven’t received your product after three weeks, please let us know so we can chase it up for you.

Free gifts can take a few days longer than regular items.

For shipping to other countries, please expect items to take three weeks but if they are stopped for checking at customs, it could take longer and this is out of our control.

In which currency will my payment be made?

You can choose to see the price of the product in a range of currencies, but once at checkout you’ll pay in $USD.

Will my payment and personal details be safe?

Of course. We take your security as seriously as we take our own – that’s why our checkout facilities are secured through Stripe, and we accept all major payment methods, including PayPal.

All transactions are encrypted, and your personal details are kept secure, as per our Terms of Service.

Will there be any additional charges at checkout?

No, we hate those hidden charges where what looked like a bargain suddenly costs far more! That's why any taxes are absorbed by us – the price you see with the product description is what you’ll pay at checkout (plus whatever shipping arrangements are in place for your destination if outside the US).
